REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds: Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods

Data Fluent Africa's videos, downloads, templates and case material products are non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products"). We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent outside the terms of our guarantee. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refunds: Live Courses

To qualify for a refund on live courses the student must satisfy the following, it is only fair that you need to just do these 3 things:

1. You start and finish the entire course and follow the instructions.
2. You use the support resources and community when help is needed.
3. Complete all assignments and execute tasks assigned to achieve your learning outcomes.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks before the commencement of the sprint and will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Unfortunately, cancellations received within two weeks of the course date will be liable for the full sprint fee. Substitutions can be made at any time subject to availability.
