THE CHALLENGE:

THE AI + DATA ECONOMY IS HERE

Are you and your team ready for it?

  • Your digitalization has unleashed significant amounts of data across business domains previously unavailable to your organization.
  • The capability and skills to use Data, Artificial Intelligence and analytical tools as a source of strategic advantage and growth is now both a professional and business value generative must-have.
  • In the past, this capability was the preserve of data professionals. But no more. This is now essential across all business domains and non-data professionals. Accelerating digital transformation unlocks opportunities for operational and strategic advantage to democratise the generation of insights and data-driven decisioning outside the data function.
  • Organizations are feverishly recruiting, but competition for data talent is stiff. Further, professionals with a combination of analytics and business subject matter expertise are in-demand and expensive to retain.
  • In most organizations, the bulk of business subject matter experts are non-data professionals. They typically lack the skills and knowledge to harness the power of data and analytics in their roles.
  • But, not every level of your organization needs to achieve the technical proficiency of data professionals. Instead, non-data professionals need AI and Data Literacy training calibrated to suit their roles from the frontline to the boardroom helping deliver on organizational objectives.
  • These problems whilst not unique to Africa, are acute in Africa.
